Returns policy

If you wish to return one or more items please contact us by email, notifying your order number so that our after-sales service can help you in the best possible way.

Purchases made online may be subject to a refund or exchange within 14 days.

• The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order
• Return costs are not covered and you will need to have the colissimo tracking number of your return package which will serve as proof of deposit.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, and must not have been worn, washed or perfumed, nor contain any stains or defective details.

Upon receipt of your package, we will reimburse you within a delay of 7 to 14 days.
