What are the delivery times ?

No, this is not an error in the tracking number, it simply means that your order has not yet been delivered. A delay should be expected between the moment you receive your shipping notification and the first updates visible on your La Poste tracking. Come back in a few hours.

I would like to return or exchange items
As part of our guarantee of satisfaction, we offer you the possibility of returning the product purchased within 14 days of the date of purchase.
The warranty limits are as follows:
